What we store, and what we do not.

To run the exam we store a ZIP code and the symptom you picked. The ZIP is kept in a cookie on your own device so the exam remembers it between screens.

We store a name and a phone number only if you ask for a company visit, and only so the company can call you back. If you order a test kit we store the email address you gave us and a note that the kit is owed. That is the whole list.

We do not sell any of it, we do not trade it, and there are no ads or ad trackers on this site. We do not store your IP address. Requests are rate-limited using a one-way hash of the address, which cannot be read back as an address.

The test EIN used on the company form is checked against a single value held on the server. It is never shown on any page, never sent to the browser, and never stored with the company record.

Nothing on this site is a lab result. If you order a mail-in kit through our link, the lab collects whatever it needs under its own privacy policy, not ours.
